How do I change the phone number or email linked to my account?

Your primary phone number and primary email can't be changed once your profile is created. You can, however, add one secondary phone number and one secondary email to the same profile — these function as alias identities, and can be removed or re-added anytime from Settings.
Once a contact detail is removed, any crush messages already sent to or received through it become obsolete immediately, and no new crush messages can reach you through that identity going forward.
